Return Policy

At NoGymZone, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@nogymzone.com within this 14-day period.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in a resellable condition. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but any signs of excessive use, wear, or damage may affect your right to a full refund.
  • While returns are accepted without the original packaging, we recommend sending the product back in its original box and protective materials if possible. This helps prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit. If items are returned damaged due to poor packaging, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, and send the items back within 14 days of that notification.
  • Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If you return part of a multi-item order, we may refund only the item(s) returned, and not the original shipping cost.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will be issued only after we verify that the item meets the return conditions listed here.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:
- We will refund the full price of the item(s) and the basic original shipping cost (if paid).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the day we receive the returned item or receive proof of return shipment.

Refunds can take a few additional business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time after approval, please contact your payment provider first.

  • If the returned item shows signs of excessive use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary for inspection, a partial refund may apply.
  • If you return only part of your order, the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.
  • Additional shipping services selected at checkout (such as express or premium delivery) are non-refundable.
